Design eye-catching social media posts for a fast-paced high-visibility marketplace.

RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Graphic Designer to join for an approximate 1-month project. While this is a remote position, RUN Studios can only consider candidates currently residing in the following states at this time: CA, CO, FL, ID, MI, NJ, NY, OR, TX, WA.

As a Graphic Designer, you will produce 10-12 carousels a week to create a content bank of social-ready content. You will support increased content volume to meet time-sensitive goals and will handle end-to-end request digestion from handoff to delivery.

As a Graphic Designer You Will

  • Design engaging social media content including graphics, simple animations, and short-form video assets.
  • Create educational content that simplifies technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Develop visual assets for resource sharing initiatives across social platforms.
  • Support event materials (signage, presentations, promotional assets).
  • Collaborate with content strategists and marketing teams to align designs with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain consistency across multiple social channels while adapting to platform-specific requirements.
  • Iterate on designs based on performance metrics and audience feedback.
  • Stay current with social media trends and emerging design techniques.

In This Role, You Bring

  • Strong proficiency in editing social media content with a focus on creative storytelling.
  • Experience working with brand standards and delivering consistent visual output.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level clients with high-volume, fast-moving workflows; experience with large online retailers is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Pay Range: $60.00 - $75.00 (Hourly)    

The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.

CREATIVE

Help bring our products, campaigns, and brand stories to life through motion.

RUN Studios, and its client partner, are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Motion Designer, Go-to-Market for a 10-month project.

Working closely with creative, product marketing, brand, and design teams, you will create engaging motion assets that showcase product features, support launches, and simplify complex ideas for customers. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with excellent motion craft, a sharp eye for design, and experience creating digital-first content across social, web, and marketing channels.

As a Motion Designer, Go-to-Market, You Will
  • Motion Design & Content Creation
    • Create compelling motion assets that communicate product features, customer benefits, and campaign messaging.
    • Develop short-form product videos, social animations, animated banners, and digital marketing content.
    • Bring product launches, announcements, and integrated marketing campaigns to life through motion.
    • Transform storyboards, scripts, and creative concepts into polished motion experiences.
  • Go-to-Market Campaign Support
    • Partner with designers, art directors, creative leads, and product marketers to create assets for key launch moments and campaigns.
    • Produce content across customer touchpoints, including:

  • Design Collaboration

In This Role, You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in motion design, digital design, advertising, or creative marketing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, product storytelling, social content, and campaign work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and working knowledge of Premiere Pro and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, typography, composition, and storytelling.
  • Experience creating content for social media, web, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.

CREATIVE

RUN Studios is seeking an enthusiastic Live Producer to join its in-house team of talented digital media storytellers. As the bridge between clients and the production team, this position requires someone fluent in client management, project management, and full-cycle video and content creation. This is a 3-month contract opportunity that may extend to full-time based on business needs.

As a Live Producer at RUN, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of pre- and post-production activities. Experience and confidence in budgeting, developing workback schedules, shooting live action (studio and on-location), and ability to foresee and mitigate issues in post-production is essential. As a collaborative member of the production team and central point of contact for clients, excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial leadership is required to ensure great work is delivered on-time, on-budget, and delivers on messaging and strategic objectives.

This position is based in RUN's Seattle studio, but will require extensive time spent at production facilities in Redmond. Occasional travel (domestic and international) will be required for on-location shoots.

As a Live Producer, You Will

  • Manage broadcast events and live stage shoots from kick-off to final delivery, from smaller scope/budget deliverables to more comprehensive, cross-channel campaign content.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, providing expertise and guidance in pre-production, as well as managing expectations throughout production.
  • Track project progress and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Communicate upward and across project teams - including project status, schedule changes, justifications for variances, and technical information.
  • Assign resources and hire freelance talent, vendors, and production crews; organize crew assignments, set schedules, and manage all related contracts, waivers, invoices, and releases.
  • Create and track actuals of project budgets.
  • Organize project assets and data management.


As an Applicant, You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience (mid-level) in all aspects of video production.
  • Experience producing live broadcasts.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering media projects on time, on budget, and on strategy.
  • Experience managing a team of creatives, including live-action crews, editors, animators and motion designers, DP’s, etc.
  • Great energy, enthusiasm, and passion to the team and process of creating world-class creative content.
  • Ability to work with a variety of people and communicate effectively and confidently, both with clients and internal team members.
  • The know-how to develop and execute plans for taking a project through the production pipeline, and communicate effectively throughout the process.
  • Flexibility, you are resourceful, can ask for help as needed, and is equipped on all levels to juggle multiple projects and moving parts within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving.
  • Organization, conscientious, and skilled in detailed project management to mitigate risk and deliver excellent work for our clients.
  • Excellent customer service and can be both an advocate for the client and RUN Studios alike.
  • Experience working with Microsoft and technology brands in a plus.
  • Ability to remain posed and calm in fast-paced environment.

PRODUCTION

RUN Studios and it’s client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, is looking for a talented, customer-focused Production Designer to join our team for a 4-month contract

The ideal candidate has the ability to deliver clean, web-ready designs based on existing style guides and brand guidelines in a fast-paced production environment. This role emphasizes strong compositional skills, the ability to create & apply motion to designs, and a willingness to explore emerging tools including generative AI and 3D workflows. This position requires strong organizational skills, web expertise, intrinsic design ability, typographic skills, and acute attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with key stakeholders is essential. Online portfolio of work is REQUIRED.

As a Production Designer, You Will

  • Create high-quality visual design assets.
  • Design strongly branded promotional graphics with a focus on product compositions.
  • Create and apply motion to digital assets (animated hero creative, display ads, etc.).
  • Fulfill multiple project requests while meeting tight deadlines, and synthesize feedback and input from stakeholders.
  • Use generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.

As an Applicant, You Bring

  • 4+ years minimum experience in a web production environment.
  • BA/BS in Design or equivalent.
  • Online portfolio of work required.
  • Proficient in Figma and Figma templates.
  • Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills.
  • Experience with customer-facing product imagery art direction and execution.

PRODUCTION

RUN Studios and it’s client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, is looking for a talented, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team for a 4-month contract. This is a part-time role.

This role blends hands-on design execution with motion design capability — ideal for a creative who thrives in both thinking and making. You will help build high-quality design assets that bring our brand to life across digital, motion, and presentation platforms.

As a Graphic Designer, You Will

  • Design branded promotional graphics, presentations, and digital layouts (web, social, email).
  • Animate directly within PowerPoint — including morph transitions, custom animations, and motion-driven storytelling — bringing decks to life for events, T2Ts, and sales enablement.
  • Create motion graphics and animated content across brand sizzles, product demos, educational videos, social cut-downs, and marketing campaigns.
  • Produce visual collateral across a range of formats (print, digital, social, event).
  • Maintain scalable templates, style guides, and design systems to drive efficiency and consistency.
